1. About TSA

TSA (Trading Syndicate Arena) is an educational skill-assessment platform operated by T+2 Holdings. All Daily Tournaments and Monthly Cash Performance Bonus Tournaments run on a virtual market simulator. No real securities, futures, or commodities are bought, sold, or held, and no order is ever routed to any exchange. By accessing the platform you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally permitted to participate in skill-based educational competitions where you reside. It is your sole responsibility to verify local eligibility before purchasing access or entering any tournament.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, attempt to manipulate the simulator, collude, or use automated tools.

4. Fees & Refunds

Standard and Premium access fees, and any tournament entry fees, are billed in advance and are non-refundable once a tournament cycle or assessment has begun. A portion of Standard and Premium access fees is allocated to the platform's marketing budget and used to fund educational Performance Bonus pools.

5. Performance Bonuses

Cash Performance Bonuses are discretionary educational awards based on simulated performance, not winnings from a wager. All payouts are reviewed and approved by an administrator before being credited and may be adjusted, withheld, or reversed for cause (including suspected manipulation, ineligibility, or technical error).

6. No Investment Advice

Nothing on the platform constitutes investment, trading, tax, or financial advice. You are not opening a brokerage account, and your activity here does not constitute investing or trading.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, content, and simulator data on TSA are owned by T+2 Holdings or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, T+2 Holdings is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
