Risk Disclosure

Educational Simulator Only

TSA is an educational skill-assessment platform. All Daily Tournaments and Monthly Cash Performance Bonus Tournaments run on a virtual market simulator. No real securities, futures, or commodities are bought, sold, or held, and no order is ever routed to any exchange. You are not opening a brokerage account.

Not Investment Advice

Nothing on the platform — including market data, scoring, leaderboards, instructor commentary, or chat — constitutes investment, trading, tax, or financial advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security or instrument.

Simulated Performance Is Not Real Performance

Simulated results do not reflect actual trading and have inherent limitations. They do not account for slippage, liquidity, execution latency, emotional pressure, capital constraints, taxes, or many other factors that affect real-world results. Past simulated performance is not indicative of future results — simulated or real.

Real Trading Carries Real Risk

If you choose to trade real securities or derivatives outside of TSA, you can lose some or all of your capital, and in leveraged products you can lose more than you deposit. Consult a licensed professional before making any real-money decisions.

Fees Are Educational

Standard and Premium access fees and tournament entry fees pay for educational content, simulator infrastructure, and platform operations. A portion of these fees funds the marketing budget that supports educational Performance Bonus pools. Fees are non-refundable once a cycle begins.

Performance Bonuses Are Discretionary

Cash Performance Bonuses are discretionary educational awards reviewed and approved by an administrator. They are not guaranteed and may be adjusted or withheld for cause.
